Hollow Knight: Silksong physical edition due Oct. 16

A physical edition of Hollow Knight: Silksong is scheduled to arrive Oct. 16, with Fangamer listed as the team handling the U.S. release. Retail leaker Billbil-kun posted the details and reported a $45 price for the Fangamer edition.

Each physical Silksong package is reported to include the game cartridge or disc, a 32-page printed manual and a fold-out map of the game’s setting, Pharloom. The Nintendo Switch 2 edition is reported to contain the complete game on the cartridge rather than requiring a large download.

On the same date, a physical re-release of the original Hollow Knight is reported to arrive for Nintendo Switch 2. That edition is listed at $40 and is described as including the cartridge or disc, a 28-page manual and a fold-out map of Hollownest.

Billbil-kun indicated the information comes from retail listings and noted only U.S. availability so far, with an expectation that a European release may follow. No official confirmation has been issued by the publisher or storefronts about regional rollouts, retail partners or preorder windows.

Fangamer is explicitly named in the leak as the party producing and distributing the physical editions. Further verification from publisher channels or official retailer listings will be needed to confirm final pricing, availability and preorder details.
