Mina the Hollower sells 300,000 copies in three days

Mina the Hollower sold 300,000 copies in its first three days across Switch, PC, PlayStation and Xbox, giving Yacht Club Games enough revenue to avoid cuts or outside investment for now.
Mina the Hollower sold 300,000 copies in its first three days after launching on Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, PC, PlayStation and Xbox, the studio reported. The figure combines sales across all platform versions.
Sean Velasco, co-founder and director at Yacht Club Games, confirmed the three-day total and noted the revenue allows the studio to operate without workforce cuts or outside investment for the foreseeable future. He added the early results give the team room to continue supporting the title.
The developer had described Mina as a make-or-break project during its extended development. Velasco previously set public benchmarks for success, calling 200,000 sales “really, really great” and 500,000 “golden”. He has also stated an ambitious target of one million copies and said he would be “disappointed” if Mina did not reach that level.
Yacht Club plans to prioritize marketing the game to reach more players while addressing technical issues through post-release patches and updates. The team intends to prioritize bug fixes and quality improvements across platforms.
The studio has not released further long-term financial details and said it will provide updates on sales if there are significant changes.
