100% collectibles guide for LEGO Batman: Legacy

Liam Croft recently published a 100% collectibles walkthrough for LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, posting the guide online with a companion video. The resource lists every campaign mission collectible, Red Bricks, Minikits and unlockable suits.
