82% of PS5 Fans Would Buy an inFAMOUS Collection

A recent online poll of more than 3,000 PS5 owners found 82% would buy an inFAMOUS collection for PlayStation 5. The poll broke down to 61% who would purchase immediately, 21% who would decide after seeing details on price and technical improvements, 8% who would buy only at a discount and 3% who had no interest.

Respondents listed interest in revisiting the PS3-era titles and requested visible upgrades in resolution, frame rate, loading times and quality-of-life features. Many participants also identified an affordable price and clear information on which games and extras are included as factors that would influence a purchase.

The original inFAMOUS games were released for PS3 and are not natively playable on PS5. Some former developers associated with the series have previously expressed openness to updating earlier entries. An upcoming State of Play presentation next week is being watched for any announcement about a remaster or compilation.

The most common enthusiastic reply among those ready to buy immediately was “take my goddamn money now.” Those who said they would wait asked for details on the scope of upgrades and the final pricing. The poll recorded strong interest while also showing a split between immediate buyers and those awaiting technical and pricing information.
