Agefield High launches on PS5 PlayStation Store

Refugium Games’ Bully-inspired open-world title Agefield High: Rock the School is now available on the PlayStation Store for PS5 following a PC release last month.

Refugium Games has released Agefield High: Rock the School on the PlayStation Store for PlayStation 5. The game arrived on console after a PC launch last month and is listed at $27.49 on the store.

Players control Sam, a high school senior approaching graduation, in a fully open world that includes the school campus, the town center, nearby neighborhoods and surrounding countryside. The game places Sam’s final months at the center of its story and lets players choose how to spend that time.

Gameplay combines structured quests with freeform activities. Players can attend classes or skip them, take on side hustles and mini missions to earn cash, and spend money on new clothes, bikes and hairstyles. Choices affect Sam’s reputation at school and change how non-player characters react.

The game uses an early-2000s visual style and a pop-punk soundtrack. Writing adopts a satirical tone. Customization options let players alter Sam’s appearance and gear as they progress. Breaking rules can draw attention from teachers and local police.

The developer’s description reads: “Be a model student, be every teacher’s nightmare, or land somewhere questionably in between.” The description also highlights open-world exploration, side hustles and cosmetic customization.

Agefield High follows the PC release and brings the title to console players seeking an open-world school setting. Reviewers and players have compared its tone and era to 2006’s Bully from Rockstar Games.
