Alan Wake 2 PS5 price drops to $17.99 on PS Store

Alan Wake 2 for PS5 is discounted 70% on the PlayStation Store to $17.99 through May 7, 2026. The regular price for the PS5 edition is $59.99.

The sale applies to the PS5 version of Remedy Entertainment’s 2023 horror-adventure title. The game has reached the $17.99 price in prior promotions, making this one of its lowest price points to date.

PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers who do not own Alan Wake 2 can access a 2.5-hour full game trial before purchasing. Players who own the base game or claimed a copy via PS Plus Essential can buy the Deluxe Upgrade for $6 during the same sale window.

The Deluxe Upgrade includes the Expansion Pass, the Night Springs and Lake House story expansions, and several cosmetic items: the Crimson Windbreaker for Saga, the Celebrity Suit and Classic Alan Wake outfit for Alan, the Parliament Shotgun skin for Alan, and a Lantern Charm for Saga.

The discounts are available through the PlayStation Store for PS5 users and will end on May 7, 2026, when prices will revert to standard levels. Alan Wake 2 was released in 2023 and received nominations for Game of the Year awards.
