Ark: Survival Ascended on PS5 drops to $11.24

Studio Wildcard’s Ark: Survival Ascended is on sale on the PlayStation Store for 75% off until July 2, priced at $11.24. After the promotion ends the game will return to $44.99. The offer applies to the PS5 digital version and, according to the store listing, represents the lowest price the title has had on the PlayStation Store.

The discount applies to the base digital purchase; customers pay the reduced price at checkout while the promotion is active. Studio Wildcard is selling the remaster on Sony’s storefront and lists the reduction as a temporary discount rather than a permanent price change.

PlayStation Plus members should check their libraries before buying. Ark: Survival Ascended was offered as a monthly free title in May 2025, and copies claimed then remain in players’ accounts. The title is not included in the PlayStation Plus Extra or Premium catalogs.

The remaster supports online multiplayer servers and a single-player option. The PS5 release includes PS5 Pro enhancements intended to improve performance and visuals on supported hardware.

The PlayStation Store lists several free add-ons for Ark: Survival Ascended. Buyers must add those extras to their carts separately to download them at no additional charge.

Studio Wildcard’s official overview for the remaster states: “Respawn into a new dinosaur survival experience beyond your wildest dreams. You awake on a mysterious island, your senses overwhelmed by the blinding sunlight and brilliant colors bouncing off every surface around you, the azure waters of a verdant Island lapping at your bare feet…”

The remaster launched in 2023. Since release it has maintained an active player base and has received mixed feedback on technical aspects and design choices.
