Brazil classification lists JoJo’s Eyes of Heaven R

A new entry appeared on Brazil’s official classification portal under the title JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven R. The listing does not include a release date or a platform list.

The original Eyes of Heaven was developed by CyberConnect2 and released in 2016 as a PS4 arena fighter featuring characters from the JoJo manga and anime. The title was a console exclusive at launch.

Bandai Namco has reissued other JoJo fighting games in recent years, including a PS3-era fighter that received new content and a season pass.

The Brazilian classification entry indicates the project is in the approval process but does not confirm a relaunch. Confirmation of platforms, pricing, additional content and a release timeline will require an official announcement from the publisher or developer.

The 2016 game received mixed reviews at release. One review scored it 5/10 and described parts of the gameplay as “shoddy” while noting the character roster and fan service.
