Clockwork Revolution confirmed as Xbox console exclusive

InXile Entertainment confirmed Clockwork Revolution as an Xbox console exclusive during the Xbox Games Showcase and said the game is targeting a 2027 release.

Clockwork Revolution is a first-person role-playing game set in the steampunk metropolis of Avalon. The game centers on a device that lets players travel into the past to influence events and alter the course of history. Presentations at the showcase emphasized time-manipulation as a core gameplay mechanic and showed the city of Avalon as the primary setting.

Microsoft presented the title as an Xbox first-party game and identified it as the second console exclusive shown at the event, after Gears of War: E-Day. No specific release date or seasonal window was provided at the showcase.

InXile, the studio behind Wasteland and Bard’s Tale, has revealed portions of the project over several years but had not previously given a release window. The studio has not released details on platform-specific features, multiplayer options, or a full list of supported platforms beyond the console exclusivity announced at the event.
