Crazy Taxi: World Tour Reveals Brazil Map for PS5
Sega has revealed Brazil as the fourth of five launch locations in Crazy Taxi: World Tour, which is scheduled to arrive on PS5 and other platforms in 2027.
Sega revealed Brazil as a location in Crazy Taxi: World Tour during its Brazil Game Show 2026 press conference. The company also presented a trailer for the game, which is scheduled for release in 2027. The title is available to wishlist on the PlayStation Store and other listed platforms.
Brazil will be the fourth of five maps available at launch. The location will appear in the single-player World Tour campaign, where players will transport passengers and complete delivery challenges across city streets, beaches and natural areas.
The trailer features passengers being driven through Brazil, farmers transporting coffee and city traffic continuing after sunset. It was presented in the presence of Kenji Kanno, creator of the original Crazy Taxi and a producer on World Tour.
The map will include in-game storefronts based on Brazilian businesses, including Habib’s, Fogo de Chão and Fast Shop. Sega described the setting as a mix of dense streets, modern urban areas, beaches and natural scenery.
“The striking contrast between Brazil’s dense, eclectic streetscapes and modern city life heavily inspired our team,” Kanno said. “Alongside the bright, vibrant beaches and dramatic natural scenery, we hope players can immerse themselves in the beauty and excitement of Brazil.”
Crazy Taxi: World Tour is scheduled to launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox for PC, Steam and Nintendo Switch 2. The game will support Xbox Play Anywhere.
