Cyberpunk 2077 PS5 Ultimate Edition half price on PS Store

Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition for PS5 is on sale for $35.49 on the PlayStation Store through Sept. 24. The price is part of Sony’s PlayStation Store Tokyo Game Show 2026 promotion and covers the PS5 current-generation build.

The Ultimate Edition includes every gameplay update and previously released downloadable content, plus the Phantom Liberty expansion released in 2023. The PS5 version is listed as PS5 Pro enhanced and includes technical improvements for PS5 hardware.

The base Cyberpunk 2077 game is available through the PS Plus Extra catalog, allowing subscribers to play the original release without buying the Ultimate Edition. The Ultimate Edition bundles all updates and the Phantom Liberty storyline in a single purchase.

Sony lists the offer as available until Sept. 24. Purchases can be made on PlayStation consoles through the PS Store or via the PlayStation Store online storefront.

An official overview reads: “Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world, action-adventure RPG set in Night City, a megalopolis obsessed with power, glamour, and body modification.” The Phantom Liberty plot summary states: “When the orbital shuttle of the President of the New United States of America is shot down over the deadliest district of Night City, there’s only one person who can save her — you.”

CD Projekt RED released Phantom Liberty as paid expansion in 2023 and has issued multiple gameplay updates to the title since. The Ultimate Edition collects those updates and expansion content for the PS5 current-generation release.
