Eight Xbox Game Pass Games Leave on June 30, 2026
Microsoft announced eight games will leave Xbox Game Pass on June 30, 2026, including Rise of the Tomb Raider, Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition, Payday 2, Slay the Spire and Unpacking.
Microsoft announced the departure of eight titles from Xbox Game Pass on June 30, 2026. The list includes Mecha BREAK, Payday 2, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Slay the Spire, Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition, Ultimate Chicken Horse, Unpacking and Volcano Princess.
Microsoft listed the games as ‘leaving soon’ on the Xbox Wire website. Most of the titles will be removed from the console, PC and cloud libraries, while Payday 2 is scheduled to exit the console library only.
The company did not provide reasons for removing the games. The deadline for access through Game Pass is June 30, 2026; after that date the games typically remain available only if purchased separately.
Microsoft is offering discounts of at least 20% on all eight games through their removal date, and some titles may receive larger reductions during upcoming Xbox sales. Players who want to continue playing can buy the games before they depart or finish any in-progress sessions prior to June 30.
Microsoft also announced seven new arrivals to Game Pass in June and early July, including the return of Call of Duty: Vanguard to the service. Xbox Game Pass updates its library monthly by adding and removing games.
