Amplitude Studios will release Endless Legend 2 on PlayStation 5 on Sept. 17, 2026. The PlayStation Store listing is live and a free demo is available now; the demo does not require a PlayStation Plus subscription. Preorders for the PS5 edition have not been opened.
The game first entered PC early access in 2025 and received positive feedback from players. On Steam the title holds a Very Positive user rating based on more than 1,000 votes.
Endless Legend 2 is a fantasy strategy game in which players lead varied factions to build empires and wage wars across an ocean-covered world facing extinction. Gameplay includes founding and expanding cities, managing economies, raising armies and commanding units in turn-based tactical battles. Players explore the map and investigate story elements tied to the planet’s core.
The PS5 demo allows console players to try core systems, tactical combat and base management ahead of the full release. Early user ratings for the demo on the PlayStation Store are positive.
Amplitude Studios has not announced a preorder date for the console release or any platform-specific features. The Sept. 17 release will make the title available on consoles for the first time since its PC debut.
