Far Cry 6 GOTY Edition for PS5 85% off on PlayStation Store

Ubisoft’s Far Cry 6 Game of the Year Edition for PS5 is discounted 85% on the PlayStation Store to $17.99 through Oct. 8, 2026. The standard price is $119.99. PlayStation users can download free trial versions compatible with PS4 and PS5. The title has an average rating of 4.04 out of 5 stars on the PlayStation Store.

The Game of the Year Edition contains the base game, The Lost Between Worlds expansion, the Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon add-on and the Blood Dragon cosmetic set, plus three cosmetic packs: Jungle Expedition, Croc Hunter and Vice. It includes three single-player DLC episodes: Episode 1 – Vaas: Insanity, Episode 2 – Pagan: Control and Episode 3 – Joseph: Collapse.

The three episodes feature a roguelike structure in which players collect memory shards, upgrade loadouts and attempt to survive long enough to escape. Gameplay centers on first-person guerrilla combat with improvised weapons such as missile backpacks and motorbike-engine miniguns. Players can be accompanied by animal companions that distract, scout or attack enemy squads.

Ubisoft’s official description reads: “Take down Castillo’s regime in this first-person open-world guerrilla shooter set in the island nation of Yara.” Far Cry 6 launched on Oct. 6, 2022, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and other modern consoles. The game is available in the Far Cry Anthology Bundle, a Deluxe Edition and a Gold Edition.
