Forza Horizon 6 is reportedly scheduled to launch on PlayStation 5 on Jan. 26, 2027, according to insider billbil-kun. Playground Games and Microsoft have not confirmed the date.
Billbil-kun claims the official announcement will arrive this week and coincide with the start of preorders for the PS5 version on the PlayStation Store. The game is expected to be sold at full price and released on physical disc.
The PS5 version was previously delayed without a new release date. The Xbox and PC versions are scheduled for release before the PS5 edition, although Playground Games has not confirmed whether all versions will have the same content at launch.
Forza Horizon 6 is set in Japan. Its official description says players will begin as tourists, explore locations inspired by Japanese culture, build a Valley Estate, collect homes and display cars in customizable garages.
The game will include multiplayer driving, Car Meets, the EventLab event creation tools and Horizon CoLab, which lets players create content together.
