Gears of War: E‑Day Collector’s Edition Includes 15‑inch Statue
The Coalition unveiled a Collector’s Edition for Gears of War: E‑Day with a 15‑inch Marcus and Dom statue, Xbox Series X disc, replica COG tags, in‑game bonuses and early access; ships Oct. 1.
The Coalition revealed the Gears of War: E‑Day Collector’s Edition, a boxed set that will begin shipping October 1 ahead of the game’s global release on October 6, 2026. The edition is available for Xbox Series X and Steam; the Xbox Series X version includes a physical game disc.
The Collector’s Edition bundles physical collectibles with digital content and early access. Pre-orders are open through the Xbox Game Studios Shop and select retailers. Quantities are limited and regional availability will vary. Purchasing the set also grants early entry to an Open Beta starting August 6, 2026.
At the center of the package is a 15‑inch diorama of Marcus Fenix and Dominic Santiago inside a collapsing structure. The statue shows Marcus reaching for a falling Dom with a Feral Wretch emerging from an E‑hole beneath them. The piece contains a battery‑powered red light in the E‑hole and a blood‑spattered Crimson Omen carved on the statue’s back.
Physical items include a SteelBook illustrated by Luke Preece featuring Marcus on one side and Dom on the other, replica COG tags engraved with the name Carlos Santiago and the “ES” marking for the Embry Star commendation, a replica in‑game photograph of Marcus, Dom and Carlos, and a premium art print of the Feral Wretch in a portfolio case. The tags are forged from zinc alloy, laser‑engraved and mounted on a heavy chain. The keepsake box has a built‑in display drawer beneath the statue and is inscribed with a line from the COG oath.
The digital contents are the Premium Edition of Gears of War: E‑Day, which provides up to five days of early access, the Bravo Squad Signature Weapon Pack, the Emergence Omen Weapon Skin, five seasonal customization packs starting with the Emergence Pack at launch, and 1,000 Iron in‑game currency. The game will release on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, cloud platforms, Game Pass and Steam and supports Xbox Play Anywhere.
The Collector’s Edition was described by the developer as a piece created with fans in mind. The Coalition wrote: “For us, this Collector’s Edition represents more than a product – it’s an opportunity to create something meaningful and special. We approached it as fans ourselves, building something we would genuinely want to own.”
Gears of War: E‑Day was shown during the Xbox Games Showcase 2026, where the developer presented a gameplay demo and an E‑Day Direct that expanded on the game’s story and systems. The Collector’s Edition will ship October 1, with the standard edition of the game following on October 6, 2026.
