Grove Street Games announced BeastLink, a multiplayer kaiju action title coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. The developer set early access for summer 2026 and a PC closed beta beginning May 8.
The studio described BeastLink as large-scale combat in fully destructible urban environments. Players will fight in war-torn cityscapes to collect a serum that lets them “Link” with towering Beasts. Matches will feature humans, vehicles and colossal creatures, with each Beast offering distinct abilities and combat styles.
A reveal trailer posted by the developer prompted mixed reactions from players online. User comments included “Budget EDF?”, “Looks like a PS2 game” and “This somehow manages to look both awesome and terrible at the same time.” The responses reflect a range of impressions of the trailer footage.
Grove Street Games is known for producing ports of established titles. BeastLink is a new original project for the studio framed around the Link mechanic and the collectible serum as central gameplay elements.
The closed PC beta on May 8 is expected to produce more gameplay impressions ahead of early access next summer. Grove Street Games has not released details on matchmaking, progression systems or pricing for early access and has indicated further announcements will follow as development continues.
