Harvest Moon: Echoes of Teradea arrives Sept. 24, 2026, on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2 and PC. Preorders on Amazon and the Natsume Store include a Lupo plush while supplies last.
Natsume Inc. announced that Harvest Moon: Echoes of Teradea will launch on Sept. 24, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. Preorders are open on Amazon and the Natsume Store; customers who order now will receive a plush of Lupo the baby wolf while supplies last. The publisher did not provide details on additional preorder tiers or a full list of physical editions.
The game’s story is set in Teradea, where wolves have begun appearing at night. Players will work with Guardian Spirits to restore the region. Core activities include crop cultivation, animal care, relationship building and contributing to village growth, which is tracked by a metric called Happilia earned through helping residents.
Echoes of Teradea adds new exploration and movement options. Characters can jump to hidden locations and climb ladders and vines to reach higher ground and gather resources. An Animal Companion system lets players bring pets and mounts on outings; each companion has special abilities that assist with exploration. Nautical charts are available to locate remote islands for treasure hunting and to befriend animals not found on the mainland.
The game introduces survival-style hazards in the wilderness. Players may encounter wolves, bears and tigers that can force escapes, cause item loss and return the player to their farm if caught. Social systems have been expanded with ten new potential romantic partners-five bachelors and five bachelorettes-and marriage remains part of progression alongside farming and animal husbandry.
Harvest Moon debuted in 1997 and the franchise has produced more than 30 titles. Echoes of Teradea continues the series on current-generation hardware while adding platforming-style movement and companion-based exploration.
