Hell Is Us adds 10 Hollow Walkers in free October update
Rogue Factor announced a free October 8, 2026 update for Hell Is Us that adds ten new Hollow Walkers and coincides with the game’s Nintendo Switch 2 launch.
Rogue Factor announced a free update for Hell Is Us that will add ten new Hollow Walkers on October 8, 2026. The update launches the same day the game arrives on Nintendo Switch 2 and will roll out on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2 and PC.
The developer released a teaser showing several of the new Hollow Walkers and their abilities. One enemy appears as a detached torso that fires six small orbiting projectiles. Another floats with its hands and feet clasped. Some Hollow Walkers mirror protagonist Remi’s movement, while others extend weapons from their bodies. Rogue Factor described the designs as distinct from the game’s existing enemy types.
The update is free and will install automatically for players on supported platforms. It arrives on the same day as the Switch 2 release so players on the new console will receive the expanded enemy roster at launch.
Hell Is Us launched on September 4, 2025. It holds a 4.22 out of 5 rating on the PlayStation Store and joined the PlayStation Plus Extra catalog on August 25, 2026.
For players without a subscription, the standalone PlayStation Store price is $59.99. A $79.99 Deluxe Edition bundles the Hollow Walker Pack, the Phol Guard Pack and digital art assets.
The game’s official description reads: “If war is the closest we get to hell on earth, it’s because Earth harbors the worst of demons: humankind. In an isolated country ravaged by infighting, discover the secrets of your past and deal with the repercussions of a mysterious calamity.”
The ten new Hollow Walkers increase the variety of supernatural threats players will face across the game’s setting and combat systems.
