Hell Let Loose: Vietnam lands on Xbox June 18 - ps5.news

Hell Let Loose: Vietnam releases on Xbox June 18, 2026 with 50v50 jungle combat across six large maps, era weapons, vehicles, U.S. aerial units and NVA patrol boats.

Team17 announced that Hell Let Loose: Vietnam will arrive on Xbox on June 18, 2026. The game will stage 50-versus-50 battles across six large maps set in Vietnam, using era-appropriate weapons and vehicles.

Team17 said the maps include varied terrain and weather and that combat will emphasize squad cooperation and strategy over individual play. The developer added that the Vietnam edition introduces new U.S. aerial units and that North Vietnamese forces will use patrol boats on river networks to move and engage across waterways.

In a statement, Team17 described the title as offering intense jungle combat and said the game recreates real-world locations and river systems that affect tactics. The developer also highlighted historically informed weapons, vehicles and tactical options available to both sides.

A free beta will open later this month for Steam PC users only. Xbox players will receive the full release on June 18 and can buy or download the game on Xbox consoles at launch. Team17 has released a trailer and 4K screenshots to preview the environments and combat, and it plans to share an open beta sign-up link for PC ahead of the Steam test.

Hell Let Loose: Vietnam is the next entry in the Hell Let Loose series and shifts the franchise to the Vietnam War era. The game retains the series’ focus on large player counts, coordinated squad action and environmental factors, including riverine combat.
