Hyperspace Neptunia: Unlimited Targets 2027 Release

Idea Factory and Compile Heart have released a trailer for Hyperspace Neptunia: Unlimited, an RPG set for 2027 on PS4, PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch.

Idea Factory and Compile Heart have released a trailer for Hyperspace Neptunia: Unlimited, the next mainline game in the Hyperdimension Neptunia RPG series. The title is scheduled for release in 2027 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC and Nintendo Switch 1 and 2.

The game will be the first mainline entry in the series since 2015’s Megadimension Neptunia VII. The release date and pricing have not been announced.

Set in the world of Gamindustri, the game follows the Goddess Neptune and series characters Noire, Blanc and Vert. Players will fly through 3D environments and explore dungeons described by the developers as the largest in the franchise.

The trailer features End Battles that lead to a fight against a large End Boss. It also introduces Rouge, known as Red Heart; Ciel, known as Blue Heart; and Anna and Lott, who appear as Eclipse Heart.

The game will include an updated combo system and new EXE Drive attack animations. Players can change the Goddesses’ colors, equip accessories and improve their Processor Unit equipment. Series artist Tsunako is returning to create new illustrations.

Hyperspace Neptunia: Unlimited will be available in Standard and Limited editions. Both editions will include exclusive trading cards. The franchise has also produced spin-off games for PlayStation Vita, Android and iOS, along with an anime series and several original video episodes.
