Japan-only Splatoon Raiders Switch 2 bundle launches July 23

Nintendo will release a Japan-only Splatoon Raiders Nintendo Switch 2 bundle on July 23. The retail package includes a downloadable copy of the single-player game and the lower-cost Switch 2 model sold only in Japan. Nintendo of Europe and Nintendo of America have not announced similar bundles for their regions.

The hardware in the bundle is the Japan-specific variant of the Switch 2, not the international model marketed outside Japan. Nintendo confirmed the July 23 retail date for the bundle in Japan but did not disclose pricing beyond noting the system is the cheaper Japan model. Availability or pricing information for other regions is not provided.

A Japanese retailer briefly listed a range of official Splatoon Raiders accessories and then removed the listings. Nintendo has not published an official accessories lineup tied to the game. The retailer listings indicated planned branded peripherals, but product details and sale dates remain unannounced.

Splatoon Raiders is a single-player spin-off in the Splatoon series. Public information about the game highlights character and equipment customization and a gameplay focus that differs from the franchise’s multiplayer titles. Nintendo has presented the game as a distinct single-player experience while keeping broader release and accessory plans limited and region-specific.

Nintendo has previously offered Splatoon-branded Switch bundles and has updated its bundle lineup over time. Past offerings included a Splatoon 2 bundle that the company phased out and other themed packages such as a Super Mario Odyssey bundle. The new Japan-only Splatoon Raiders Switch 2 bundle continues Nintendo’s pattern of region-targeted hardware editions; the company has not announced a global rollout for this package.
