Leaked Xbox Store listing shows Rayman Origins Enhanced Edition
A removed Xbox Store page listed Rayman Origins ‘Enhanced Edition’ with 4K, 60 FPS, modern quality-of-life options and four-player local co-op, but the page has been taken down.
A now-removed Xbox Store page described Rayman Origins ‘Enhanced Edition’ as a ‘Definitive Experience.’ The listing described the remaster as running at 4K resolution and 60 frames per second and offering modern quality-of-life options.
The page noted the game’s hand-drawn art would be refreshed for higher resolutions and smoother frame rates. It listed more than 60 handcrafted levels with branching paths, evolving character abilities and varied boss encounters, and named examples such as a giant pink creature covered in eyes, a possessed mountainous golem and a carnivorous daisy.
Collectibles and progress tracking were highlighted, with the listing referencing 60 hidden Relics and a Snoring Tree feature to follow progress. The page also noted support for up to four-player couch cooperative play and a cast of more than 100 characters across varied worlds.
Earlier this year Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot described the Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition as ‘the first step in the brand’s comeback.’ The listing appears after that comment but does not link the products explicitly.
Rayman Origins originally launched in November 2011 on Wii, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, with a 3DS version in 2012. The Xbox Store page has been removed and Ubisoft has not confirmed an Enhanced Edition. The removed listing did not include a release date, platforms or price.
