Leaker: No Mario Kart World DLC Expected at Direct

Leaker NateTheHate does not expect Mario Kart World DLC to be announced at tomorrow’s Nintendo Direct, despite the game reaching its one-year mark.

In a predictions video posted ahead of tomorrow’s Nintendo Direct, leaker NateTheHate said, “I’m not expecting to see Mario Kart World DLC even though it’s been one year since it released.” He regularly shares pre-Direct predictions.

Mario Kart World launched one year ago. Since release, players have requested additional multiplayer tracks. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe received many extra courses after launch; Mario Kart World has not had a similar post-launch content rollout.

Nintendo has not confirmed any Mario Kart World announcements for the presentation. Nintendo Direct presentations are commonly used to announce updates and new releases for Nintendo Switch titles.

Players and community observers will watch the Direct to see whether Nintendo reveals new tracks or other content for Mario Kart World. NateTheHate’s prediction leaves the timing and scale of any future DLC unconfirmed before the presentation.
