The Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered bundle is discounted on the PlayStation Store through July 16. PS Plus members can buy the cross-buy bundle for $11.99, a 60% reduction from the $29.99 full price. Non-subscribers can buy it for $13.49, a 55% discount.
The 2024 remaster packages both Soul Reaver titles for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. A single purchase grants access on both consoles via cross-buy. PS Plus Premium subscribers can cloud stream the bundle on PS5 without downloading the games.
The updated release includes refreshed visuals and restored voice work while maintaining the original gameplay and story structure. The remaster adds support for current PlayStation hardware.
The games follow Raziel, who is resurrected centuries after being executed by his former master Kain and seeks revenge. Players use claws, telekinetic bolts and the elemental Wraith Blade to defeat vampire enemies and absorb their souls to grow stronger.
The first Soul Reaver game launched in 1999 for the original PlayStation and its sequel arrived in 2001 for the PlayStation 2. The remastered bundle’s regular price is $29.99.
The PlayStation Store lists the sale as a limited-time offer that ends on July 16. Purchases completed before that date will receive the discounted prices.
