PS Plus Premium Adds Metro Redux PS5 Version

Metro Redux’s PS5 version is now available in the PS Plus Premium catalog. Sony will reveal the rest of November’s lineup on Nov. 11.

Metro Redux’s PS5 version is now available to PS Plus Premium subscribers as the service’s first November 2026 catalog addition. The full lineup will be announced on Wednesday, Nov. 11.

The package includes Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light. Both games were previously available through the catalog’s PS4 version. The PS5 version is available ahead of the wider monthly update.

The upgrade adds native support for PS5 and PS5 Pro, 4K resolution at 60 frames per second and an upscaled 4K mode running at up to 120 frames per second. The latter mode supports PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution, or PSSR.

Other changes include higher-detail textures, improved lighting, shadows, shading, particle effects, animation and sound. The version also supports real-time hardware tessellation and displacement, a low-energy mode and enhanced DualSense features. Adaptive triggers respond during combat and other survival sequences.

The remaining PS Plus Extra and Premium games for November are scheduled to become available Tuesday, Nov. 17.
