Microsoft launches Xbox Game Studios shop with Halo, Forza gear

Microsoft has opened an Xbox Game Studios online shop offering official Halo, Forza, Sea of Thieves and other first-party merchandise, starting with apparel, mugs and accessories.

Microsoft has opened an official Xbox Game Studios online shop this week on the Xbox Game Studios website. The store offers licensed merchandise for the publisher’s first-party game franchises, with an initial range that includes t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, phone cases, hats and select collectibles.

Most items currently focus on Halo and Forza. The storefront also lists products tied to Avowed, Hellblade 2 and Age of Empires, while listings for Gears of War and Fable are marked “coming soon.” Team Xbox wrote on the store page that the launch begins with a small collection and that new items will be released alongside major game updates and events.

The team’s message on the store page reads in part: “Today, we’re launching the XBOX Game Studios Shop, your new destination for official merchandise from your favorite XBOX Game Studios titles. We’re starting with an initial collection that will expand over time, with new items rolling out alongside some of our biggest game moments throughout the year. That way we can learn from real-world player feedback and refine the shopping experience as we grow.”

Price points vary by product. The Forza Horizon 6 “Discover Japan” hoodie is listed at $74.99, with $7.99 shipping to a U.K. address, bringing the total to about £60 for that item. Microsoft plans to add more styles and collectibles over the coming months and intends to adjust offerings based on customer feedback.

Customers can view the current selection and purchase items on the Xbox Game Studios online store.
