NA eShop Adds Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and Switch 2 Ports
North American Nintendo eShop added Final Fantasy VII Rebirth on June 3 and listed several Switch and Switch 2 releases, including Little Nightmares II Enhanced, RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic and Stray.
Nintendo’s North American eShop added Final Fantasy VII Rebirth on June 3 and posted multiple new and ported titles for Switch and Switch 2 hardware. The listings include release dates, retail prices and platform notes for each title.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth from Square Enix is listed at $49.99. The entry continues the remake series and follows Cloud Strife and his allies leaving Midgar to pursue Sephiroth; the eShop notes new open-world sections, chocobo riding and expanded encounters. Konami’s eFootball Kick-Off! appeared on June 3 at $19.99, with World Tour and International Cup modes, six-a-side matches and a rank-based progression system.
Several games labeled for Switch 2 arrived in late May and early June. Little Nightmares II Enhanced Edition from Bandai Namco is listed May 29 at $29.99 and the enhanced upgrade is described as offering improved loading times, higher resolution, added visual detail and an enhanced 3D sound mix. RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic, remastered by Chris Sawyer and published by Atari, is listed May 28 at $29.99 and includes the Toolkit plus the Wacky Worlds and Time Twister expansion packs. Stray from Annapurna Interactive is listed May 28 at $17.99.
Arcade Archives entries for Switch 2 include ACE DRIVER (Hamster, May 28, $16.99) and Tatakae! Big Fighter (Hamster, May 28, $9.99). Additional Switch 2 listings on the eShop include Dark Auction – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition (IzanagiGames, June 10, $36.99) and Isekai Villain – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition (KEMCO, June 4, $18.89).
