NASCAR 26 racing game gets Sept. 18, 2026 release date
iRacing Studios and NASCAR set NASCAR 26 for Sept. 18, 2026 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC; the game adds dynamic tracks, cross-play, burnouts and new circuits.
iRacing Studios and NASCAR announced that NASCAR 26 will release on September 18, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. The announcement came with a developer diary outlining gameplay and mode changes.
The studio wrote in the game’s description: “a groundbreaking new dynamic track feature that evolves over the course of every race weekend.” The feature is designed to alter conditions across practice, qualifying and race sessions, affecting car setup and strategy over a race weekend.
The developer diary lists cross-platform multiplayer between PC and consoles, burnouts, additional circuits, an improved Career Mode and adjustments to the driving model. The developer indicated more features will be shown in a gameplay trailer the studio plans to release later this month.
NASCAR 26 will include the NASCAR Cup Series, Xfinity Series, Craftsman Truck Series and ARCA Menards Series with licensed drivers represented in each category. Kyle Larson is the cover driver.
Two editions will launch: Standard and Gold. Gold Edition buyers receive three days of early access. The studio plans to announce pricing, pre-order details and Gold Edition contents later this month.
The title continues iRacing Studios’ collaboration with NASCAR on officially licensed games and updates systems used in single-player Career Mode and online competition.
