Leaker: New Ace Attorney deep in development

A prominent leaker on X using the handle Justyouraverageleaker posted that a new Ace Attorney game is in active development at Capcom and could be announced before the end of the year. The post repeated earlier claims about the project’s progress but did not provide a firm date for an announcement.

The message did not include details on platforms, game format, the development team or a release window. No screenshots, footage or other materials accompanied the claim.

Capcom is scheduled to present at Tokyo Game Show 2024, which runs from September 26 to September 29 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. The company has said it will air a prerecorded stream during the event, and it has not confirmed which titles will appear in that broadcast.

The leaker’s update follows fan disappointment after the latest Nintendo Direct did not include an Ace Attorney reveal. The X post reiterated confidence in a 2024 announcement.

“I believe in it being announced this year. It’s been deep in development,” the leaker wrote on X. The post did not identify a development studio or list production details.
