Nintendo updates Alarmo to 4.0.0 with daily alarm shuffle
Alarmo 4.0.0 adds ‘Random Selection from Favorites’ to rotate a chosen alarm scene each day and changes the selection order to choose a title before a scene.
Nintendo released Alarmo system software Version 4.0.0, introducing a new randomized alarm option and changing how users select alarm scenes. The update applies to the company’s Alarmo product.
A feature called ‘Random Selection from Favorites’ will play a different alarm scene each day from a set of scenes a user marks as favorites. Users can mark multiple scenes as favorites and the software will rotate among them.
The update also changes the selection workflow. Users now select a title first and then pick a specific alarm scene under that title, according to Nintendo’s release notes.
The release notes list fixes for several issues and general operational improvements but do not provide a detailed list of bugs addressed.
The update is distributed through Alarmo’s system software. Users must install Version 4.0.0 to enable the random selection setting and the revised selection order.
The change allows users to create a pool of favorite scenes instead of assigning a single static scene while keeping the option to limit choices to scenes they select.
