Nintendo posted a North America eShop update on June 18 listing new and upcoming releases for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. The update highlights The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales, Observer: System Redux and Devil May Cry 5 Devil Hunter Edition.

Square Enix released The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales on June 18 for Nintendo Switch at $59.99. Developed by the team behind Octopath Traveler, the single-player action role-playing game puts players in the role of Elliot and his fairy companion Faie across four ages. The title uses action-based combat with seven weapon types, customizable Magicite upgrades and Faie’s Fairy Actions.

Observer: System Redux from Bloober Team arrived on Nintendo Switch 2 on June 18. The remastered edition presents a dystopian sci-fi detective story in which players act as an Observer, a cybernetic interrogator who hacks into suspects’ minds to extract fears and secrets. The Switch 2 release emphasizes the game’s psychological-horror and investigation elements on the newer hardware.

Capcom will release Devil May Cry 5 Devil Hunter Edition for Nintendo Switch 2 on June 23 at $39.99. The package includes downloadable content and adds Vergil as a playable character. Capcom lists the Switch 2 version as running at 60 frames per second in both TV and handheld modes while preserving the series’ fast-paced combat and visual effects.

The eShop update also lists a range of other new releases across both Switch platforms. Notable entries and dates include The Drifter: Nintendo Switch 2 Edition on June 22 ($19.99), The Last Salvage Squad on June 18 ($9.99), The Necromancer’s Tale on June 24 ($24.99) and Wanderstop on June 23 ($24.99). Retro and compilation releases appear as well, including Arcade Archives RACK’EM UP and R-Type Tactics I • II Cosmos, with prices and release dates varying by title.

Nintendo opened a limited-time game trial for EA SPORTS FC 26 starting June 18 at 10 a.m. PT and running through June 24 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Nintendo Switch Online members can download and play the full EA SPORTS FC 26 game on both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 at no additional cost during the window; save data will carry over for purchasers. Participants can earn 100 My Nintendo Platinum Points, and digital versions of EA SPORTS FC 26 are offered at an 80% discount until July 1 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
