Nintendo Switch 2 sizzle reel lists third-party release windows

Nintendo released a sizzle reel for the Switch 2 this week that lists release windows for several third-party games. The trailer names Final Fantasy XIV Online (August 2026), Orbitals (3 September 2026), Turok Origins (autumn 2026), The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales (available now), Starseeker: Astroneer Expeditions (available now) and Armatus (winter 2026).

The reel followed a Nintendo Direct that outlined parts of Nintendo’s 2026 schedule and outlined upcoming first-party releases.

The presentation also referenced additional third-party releases scheduled for the platform later in 2026, including Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, Stellar Blade, Rayman Legends Retold, Elden Ring Tarnished Edition and Devil May Cry 5 Devil Hunter Edition.

Nintendo’s first-party slate for the rest of 2026 includes a new Star Fox title slated for June, a Fire Emblem entry scheduled for September and a remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time due before year-end.

The sizzle reel did not provide exact day-by-day calendars for every title; several games were given seasonal windows rather than firm dates. Two titles were confirmed as available on Switch 2 at the time of the reel.

Publishers have not posted full release calendars for the seasonal-window titles; individual developers and publishers are expected to issue specific release dates and production updates as work continues.
