Nintendo adds Yoshi icons to Switch Online for Switch 2

Nintendo released Yoshi and the Mysterious Book–themed profile icons for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers on the Nintendo Switch 2 to coincide with the game’s launch today.

Nintendo prepared several icon designs that reflect the game’s visual style and made them available through the Nintendo Switch Online service for players using the Switch 2. The icons are free for subscribers and can be selected through account settings on the console.

Yoshi and the Mysterious Book is available today on Switch 2. The 2D platformer features hand-illustrated visuals and follows Yoshi as a mysterious book guides him through new plants, creatures and levels. Nintendo listed the digital edition’s file size at about 20GB and set the price at $60; pre-orders opened before release.

The icon set is part of Nintendo’s release-day materials, which also included trailers and pre-order information. Players who purchase the game can download it to their consoles and begin playing.
