NTE v1.1 to Reveal Castle Island and Porsche Tie-In May 23
PS5 open-world gacha NTE will reveal Castle Island in Heathereau and a Porsche collaboration during its v1.1 Special Program livestream on May 23.
The developer will present version 1.1 of the PS5 open-world gacha game NTE during a Special Program livestream on May 23. The briefing will outline new content scheduled for the free-to-play title in the first months after launch.
Planned additions include a Castle Island map in the Heathereau region, visible off the coast in existing game areas, and a branded collaboration with Porsche. Pre-release descriptions indicate the Porsche tie-in will involve in-game quests and related items or vehicles.
The v1.1 update will introduce new character banners, including one featuring Lacrimosa, and themed content tied to the Porsche collaboration. Banners are expected to rotate the character pool and support limited-time activities and rewards common to gacha systems.
NTE follows a roughly six-week update cadence, with frequent patches that add characters, quests and events. The Special Program is intended to lay out the short-term roadmap for upcoming banners, events and content drops.
Since launch, some players have raised concerns about PlayStation 5 controls and event design, calling for a cleaner, more consistent control scheme and more engaging events. The livestream will provide the official timing for banner rotations, event windows and any planned quality-of-life adjustments.
Viewers can watch the developer’s Special Program livestream online on May 23 to see the full v1.1 reveal and the schedule for new content.
