Parkitect: Deluxe Edition delisted from PlayStation Store

Parkitect: Deluxe Edition, the PS5 and PS4 ports released in July 2024, have been removed from the PlayStation Store after developer Texel Raptor requested their delisting. The PlayStation storefront now lists the title as announced rather than available for purchase.

The console editions were released as a Deluxe Edition package and were ported from the original PC version by BlitWorks. The delisting was first noticed by a user browsing the PlayStation storefront.

In a Discord exchange, Texel Raptor wrote that it asked for the console editions to be taken down because the port did not meet the studio’s standards. The developer also noted that BlitWorks Publishing is no longer supporting or updating the titles it ported to consoles and clarified that while BlitWorks still exists, it is not providing active console support.

Players who already bought Parkitect on PlayStation should retain access to their copies based on the storefront status and the developer’s statements. New purchases are not possible while the console editions remain delisted, and there is no schedule for a return or for remediation work to meet Texel Raptor’s standards.

BlitWorks handled the technical work of converting the PC original to console formats for the Deluxe Edition release. There has been no public statement from BlitWorks about its support status or future plans for its console catalogue, and Texel Raptor has not announced whether it will pursue a new porting partner or restore the PlayStation listings.
