Persona 4 Revival, Persona 6 Trailers Omit Switch 2

At a recent Xbox showcase, Atlus and Sega revealed Persona 4 Revival’s Feb. 18, 2027 release and a brief Persona 6 teaser; neither trailer listed Nintendo Switch or Switch 2 platforms.

At a recent Xbox showcase, Atlus and Sega screened two trailers for the Persona series. The first showed gameplay for Persona 4 Revival and confirmed a Feb. 18, 2027 release date. The second offered only a logo and short, abstract clips for Persona 6.

Neither trailer included Nintendo Switch or Switch 2 in the platform listings shown during the presentation. The absence of those platforms drew attention because previous entries in the series have appeared on Nintendo hardware.

Social media and online communities posted reactions expressing disappointment and asking whether the Switch versions would be announced later. One community member wrote, “I was really hoping Atlus was going to announce day in date release for Persona 6 and 4 Revival on Switch 2.” Other posts asked if Nintendo hardware would be excluded or if a separate announcement might follow.

Atlus and Sega released ports of older Persona titles on Nintendo hardware during 2022 and 2023. Persona 3 Reload, which initially did not list Switch 2 support, was released on other platforms in February 2024 and later arrived on Switch 2 in October 2025.

Neither Atlus, Sega nor Nintendo has issued an official statement clarifying platform plans for Persona 4 Revival or Persona 6 beyond the trailers shown at the Xbox showcase. Observers will look for further platform information in future publisher or platform announcements.
