In a machine-translated post, Extas1s wrote, “The development of Persona 6 is practically finished, but you won’t be playing it anytime soon.”

Feature-complete indicates that core mechanics and planned content are in place; additional work such as testing, optimization and certification can follow before a public release.

The leaker suggested that with an internal 2027 window, a first public reveal could occur at major industry events such as the Xbox Showcase, Summer Game Fest or The Game Awards.
