Players miss up to half of Mina the Hollower’s items
Yacht Club Games reports players find about 50–70% of items in Mina the Hollower; some runs miss roughly half the game’s secrets, according to lead programmer David D’Angelo.
Yacht Club Games reported current play data shows players locate about 50 to 70 percent of items in Mina the Hollower, with some playthroughs missing roughly half the game’s secrets, lead programmer David D’Angelo said in an interview.
D’Angelo described the figure as an early snapshot of player behaviour, saying averages per run fall between 50 and 70 percent and that many items remain undiscovered in individual sessions.
Founder Sean Velasco noted that most finds so far have been surface-level and that deeper, rarer elements remain hidden. He added that there are a few very secret things in the game.
The studio presented Mina the Hollower as community oriented and encouraged players to share discoveries and consult one another when content is missed.
In a company update earlier this week, Yacht Club reported 300,000 copies sold in the first three days after launch. The developer also listed the title among the highest-rated games of 2026.
Developers said they expect players to trade tips and collaborate to locate rare items and secrets that some runs do not reveal.
The data and sales figures were released after the game’s launch and reflect early patterns in player exploration and engagement.
