PlayStation Plus: Games Leaving Extra and Premium in August

PlayStation Store lists titles scheduled to leave PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium on August 18, 2026, including Earth Defense Force 6 and several games delayed from July.

PlayStation Store has published an initial list of games that will leave PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium in August 2026. The removals are scheduled to take effect on Tuesday, August 18, when the service updates its monthly lineups.

The titles identified on the Japanese and Asian store pages include Earth Defense Force 6, Unicorn Overlord, Harold Halibut, Clash: Artifacts of Chaos, Onee Chanbara Origin, Space Crew: Legendary Edition, Bomber Crew and Roki. Five of those games-Clash: Artifacts of Chaos, Onee Chanbara Origin, Space Crew: Legendary Edition, Bomber Crew and Roki-had been listed for removal in July but were moved to August.

Other regional PlayStation Stores are expected to publish matching departure lists when their stores refresh at noon local time on Tuesday. Store notices indicate the games will be removed from the Extra and Premium catalogs on August 18, the same date the subscription libraries are refreshed, though small regional differences in final lineups are possible.

PlayStation has not issued an additional public statement beyond the store listings. The notices address availability through the Extra and Premium subscription catalogs; they do not include details on individual ownership, previously purchased copies or access retained through other means.

Subscribers who want to access any of the listed titles can play them before August 18 or check their local PlayStation Store after the regional update for the final departure list.
