PlayStation Plus to Remove Games on Oct. 20, 2026

PlayStation Plus will remove several games from Extra and Premium on Oct. 20, 2026, including Silent Hill 2 and Yakuza: Like A Dragon.

Sony will remove several games from PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2026, when October’s Extra and Premium lineups are added to the subscription catalog. The removals include Silent Hill 2 and Yakuza: Like A Dragon.

The changes were flagged on PlayStation Store listings in Japan and other Asian territories. Sony generally makes similar regional updates when local stores refresh; those updates occur at noon local time on Tuesdays, so other regions should see matching Last Chance to Play notices when their stores update. Slight regional differences are possible and some departures are already marked as region-specific.

Titles scheduled to leave the service are Silent Hill 2; Yakuza: Like A Dragon; Gloomhaven Mercenaries Edition; Jurassic World Evolution 2; Rogue Lords; and, in some regions, Lake; Death Squared; and Harvest Moon: Light of Hope Special Edition.

After Oct. 20, subscribers will no longer have access to those games through the Extra or Premium tiers. Players who want to retain a removed title will need to purchase it separately. Sony did not provide additional commentary beyond routine catalog rotation.

Sony may update the PlayStation Store’s Last Chance to Play section during the month, adding or removing notices before the scheduled refresh. September’s Extra and Premium lineup began rolling out on Tuesday, Sept. 18 in regions where it was midday; any further changes to October’s list could appear before Oct. 20.
