PlayStation State of Play June 2026: Key Reveals

Sony held its June 2026 State of Play livestream to present new game reveals, extended trailers and industry updates. The broadcast ran for more than an hour and streamed online to PlayStation audiences.

The presentation highlighted two headline reveals: Until Dawn 2 and God of War Laufey. Both titles were shown with gameplay footage and production details, and were positioned as major entries in PlayStation’s coming release schedule.

Sony screened an extended gameplay segment for Marvel’s Wolverine that focused on combat mechanics and mission sequences. The company confirmed release dates or windows for Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Control Resonant and Silent Hill: Townfall during the show.

The stream introduced new projects, including The Lost Wild, and supplied additional footage for several previously announced games. Announcements covered a range of genres, from narrative-driven sequels to action-focused titles aimed at the current console generation.

State of Play ran alongside a summer slate of industry events, with Summer Game Fest and the Xbox Games Showcase scheduled later in the same week. Sony used the broadcast to update its release calendar and to share longer gameplay segments that had not been previously shown.
