PS Store discounts 2023 PS5 adventure Viewfinder to $8.74

Sony’s PlayStation Store is offering Viewfinder for $8.74, down from $24.99. The 65% discount applies to both PS5 and PS4 via cross-buy. The sale runs through Thursday, August 13 and is available only on the PlayStation Store.

Viewfinder was developed by Sad Owl Studios and released in 2023. The game lets players use an in-game camera to place images into the world, altering environments to solve puzzles and explore.

A free demo is available on the PlayStation Store but is limited to PS5 users. The full game must be purchased to access all content.

On PS5, Viewfinder holds a Metacritic score of 82/100. On the PlayStation Store the game has a user rating of 4.42 out of 5 based on more than 8,000 verified votes.

PS Plus members should check their libraries before buying. Viewfinder was offered as a monthly free title to members across all three PS Plus tiers in September 2025. PS Plus Premium subscribers can stream the game via cloud streaming.
