PS5 Pro-enhanced Miles Morales 60% off on PlayStation Store

Insomniac Games’ PS5 Pro-enhanced title Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales is discounted 60% on the PlayStation Store, reducing the price to $19.99. The sale applies to the digital version and includes both the PS4 and PS5 editions with a single purchase. PlayStation Plus Extra members can add the game to their collection at no extra cost.

On PlayStation 5 the game launched with a 30 frames-per-second quality mode that included ray tracing and a 60fps performance mode. Updates later added a 40fps fidelity option and a 60fps ray-tracing option at a lower resolution.

The PS5 Pro Enhanced build introduces Fidelity Pro and Performance Pro modes. Fidelity Pro offers ray-traced sun shadows, higher-quality reflections and improved ambient occlusion, with visuals rendered at 4K and upscaled using PS5 Pro’s PSSR upscaling technology.

Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales was among the first games released for PlayStation 5. The story is set several months after the original game and follows Miles Morales as he assumes the role of Spider-Man while Peter Parker is away. The title is shorter than the main game and added abilities for Miles, including camouflage and bioelectric Venom powers.

Insomniac has released updates that add Pro performance and visual options to other games in its catalog. The sale is available now through Sony’s PlayStation Store following the developer’s recent release of Marvel’s Wolverine.
