PS5 and PS5 Pro get limited-edition Wolverine accessories

Sony revealed limited-edition Marvel’s Wolverine accessories for the PlayStation 5 and PS5 Pro, featuring Battle Yellow console covers and DualSense wireless controllers and an Adamantium metallic finish exclusive to the PS5 Pro. Pre-orders open Aug. 19 at 10 a.m. local time, and the accessories go on sale Sept. 15, 2026.

The products will be available individually and in bundles through PS Direct and participating retailers. The PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition Bundle is priced at $649.99 in the U.S., with regional prices listed at £569.99, €649.99 and ¥96,980. Each Battle Yellow DualSense wireless controller is $84.99 in the U.S.; separate Battle Yellow console covers are $74.99. PS5 Pro console covers are $74.99. The Adamantium Limited Edition DualSense controller is $84.99, and the Adamantium PS5 Pro console cover is $74.99.

Sony wrote on the PlayStation Blog: “The design brings in Wolverine’s exposed claw marks and lets players peek under the hood of the PS5 Digital Edition and see what’s underneath.” The company added that the Battle Yellow DualSense “features furious slashes inspired by his famous claws, giving players a striking way to bring the game into the palm of their hands.” For the PS5 Pro Adamantium edition, Sony wrote that the look is intended to “evoke Wolverine’s raw power and let players peer into the PS5 Pro console.”

There are hardware-specific differences between the editions. The Adamantium metallic finish is offered only for the PS5 Pro and includes a cover that accommodates the disc drive. The Battle Yellow covers are designed for the PS5 Digital Edition slim and do not include a disc drive cover. Sony wrote that all items will be produced in limited quantities.

Pre-orders begin Aug. 19 at 10 a.m. local time on PS Direct and through participating retailers. Sony is offering the accessories alongside the upcoming Marvel’s Wolverine game.
