PS5 Gets Trails from Zero and Trails to Azure Today
NIS America released PS5 ports of The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero and Trails to Azure on the PlayStation Store today, with enhanced visuals, High-Speed and Skip modes and 4K/120 FPS support.
NIS America released updated PS5 versions of The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero and The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure on the PlayStation Store today. The ports add higher-resolution visuals, performance options and new accessibility features while retaining the original games’ structure.
Players can choose between classic and updated textures. High-Speed and Skip modes are available to accelerate dialogue and battles. Trails to Azure accepts save imports from Trails from Zero so choices and progression carry over into a single narrative flow.
The PS5 builds support up to 4K resolution and frame rates up to 120 FPS on compatible displays. The releases include updated character models and environmental visuals, and they provide performance options intended for modern hardware.
The two titles continue the Crossbell storyline that follows protagonist Lloyd Bannings and the Special Support Section. The narrative focuses on investigations into crimes and political unrest within the Crossbell city-state and follows events after The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 3rd.
NIS America is selling a Crossbell Duology limited edition through its online store. The package contains deluxe editions of both games, a collector’s box, an artbook titled Crossbell’s Collected Works, a soundtrack selection, a holographic collector’s card set, an acrylic stand, S.S.S. iron-on insignias and a Mishelam coaster set. The limited edition is listed at $109.99 on the NIS America Store. The base PS5 release is priced at $69.99 on the PlayStation Store.
The two titles originally launched on the PSP in Japan in 2010 and later received ports to modern platforms.
