Psi-Ops joins PlayStation Plus Premium classics on July 21
Sony confirmed PS2 action-adventure Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy will join PlayStation Plus Premium classics on July 21, 2026, playable on PS5 and PS4.
Sony confirmed during June’s PlayStation State of Play that the PS2 action-adventure Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy will join the PlayStation Plus Premium classics catalog on July 21, 2026. The title will be playable on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
Sony scheduled a June 15 announcement to reveal the full PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium July lineup and the release schedule. Psi-Ops is expected to arrive on Tuesday, July 21 alongside other July additions. On that date Sony will also name the next batch of games set to leave the service.
Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy was released in 2004. The game centers on psychic abilities, including telekinesis, pyrokinesis and mind control. Its inclusion in the Premium classics catalog will allow PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers to access the title without a separate purchase on PS5 and PS4.
Sony is piloting a staggered catalog release schedule that affects the United States, the United Kingdom and Japan, meaning those regions may receive new additions on different dates from the rest of the world while the test continues. Last month’s Premium addition was released across all regions on the same day. Because only one classic is scheduled for July, a staggered release for Psi-Ops is not expected.
Subscribers seeking the full list of July additions and exact release times should refer to Sony’s June 15 announcement for the Extra and Premium lineup. The July 21 date will also be when Sony lists games that will leave the PlayStation Plus service.
