Silent Hill F passes 2M; Silent Hill 2 remake hits 6M

Konami reported that Silent Hill F sold more than 2 million copies as of April 22, 2026, and that the Silent Hill 2 remake has been played by over 6 million players as of April 24, 2026. The publisher released the figures in a company sales update.

Silent Hill F launched in September 2025. Konami noted the Silent Hill 2 remake has been part of the PS Plus Extra catalog for over six months. The company added that, prior to its inclusion in the subscription service, the Silent Hill 2 remake had already sold in excess of 2.5 million copies.

Konami reported the Silent Hill 2 remake represents roughly a quarter of the franchise’s total video game sales. The publisher provided the sales figures to illustrate recent gains for the series.

To mark the sales milestones, Konami discounted the PS5 digital dual pack containing Silent Hill 2 and Silent Hill F by 40% on the PlayStation Store. The bundle is priced at £68.99 / $59.99 through May 27, 2026.

Konami said it will release Silent Hill: Townfall for PS5 later in 2026, and that Bloober Team is developing a remake of the original PlayStation-era Silent Hill. The company framed the update alongside those upcoming releases.

The numbers reported by Konami show the sales totals, the length of the remake’s availability on PS Plus Extra, the pre-subscription sales figure for Silent Hill 2, the current price of the discounted bundle, and the planned future releases for the franchise.
