Sony Delists Destruction AllStars; Multiplayer Offline

Sony removed Destruction AllStars from the PlayStation Store and confirmed multiplayer services are offline. Remaining servers will shut down on Nov. 25; Arcade Mode stays available.

Sony has removed Destruction AllStars from the PlayStation Store and confirmed that multiplayer services are offline, with the game’s remaining servers scheduled to shut down on Nov. 25. The company told players by email that the title is no longer available for purchase and that “Due to ongoing technical issues, multiplayer services for Destruction AllStars on PS5 consoles shall remain offline and are no longer available.”

An in-game notice says the game’s virtual currency, Destruction Points, can be redeemed until Nov. 25. When the servers close on that date, single-player Arcade Mode will remain playable for existing owners, though the notice warns that some functionality and player experience may be affected by the server shutdown.

Community reports indicate the game’s online features have been largely inaccessible since 2024. Sony’s recent communications formally confirm that the multiplayer component will not be restored and that only limited login connectivity and offline modes will persist until the full shutdown.

Destruction AllStars was developed by Lucid Games as an early live-service title for the PlayStation 5. The game has been removed from sale, which prevents new purchases and means only current owners will retain access to the offline content once the servers go offline.

Players who own the game can continue to play Arcade Mode and can redeem any remaining Destruction Points before Nov. 25. Features that rely on online services are expected to stop working after the servers close.

Certain online-dependent trophies, including the game’s Platinum trophy, are likely to remain unobtainable unless Sony or Lucid Games issues a patch or other update before the November shutdown.
