Sony to launch Pulse Elevate wireless speakers for PS5

Sony Interactive Entertainment will release the Pulse Elevate wireless speakers on Nov. 12, 2026, with a U.S. price of $219.99. Equivalent prices listed by the company are €219.99, £199.99 and ¥37,980 (tax included). Pre-orders begin Sept. 1 at 10 a.m. local time and will be available through PS Direct and participating retailers; the U.S. pre-order window opens at 10 a.m. ET.

The speakers are compatible with PS5, as well as PC and Mac. Sony describes the Pulse Elevate as designed for desktop gaming setups and notes the speakers can be used with a PlayStation Portal remote player or a smartphone.

Pulse Elevate will be offered in Midnight Black globally through PS Direct and partner retailers. A White version will be sold in a limited set of countries: the U.S., U.K., France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

Sony highlighted technical details including ultra-low latency and lossless PlayStation Link wireless connectivity. The company also described the speakers as delivering lifelike audio and identified the product as the first wireless speakers developed by Sony Interactive Entertainment for use with PS5 hardware.

Sony previously published incorrect information about an adjustable sidetone volume setting for the Pulse Elevate and has since corrected that detail. Buyers are advised to check the PlayStation Blog for the most up-to-date specifications before pre-ordering.
